“Great value efficient”

“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este lugar, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con nuestra reserva de Expedia, lo resolvieron muy bien ofreciéndonos un apartamento completo en la segunda planta, amplio, cómodo y con cocina equipada y baño privado ! La atención fue muy buena y siempre fueron muy amables. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, ideal para parejas o familias, con acceso a naturaleza, río y cataratas cercanas. Algunas cosas a tomar en……

“Christophe and his family were amazing hosts. The breakfast was incredible and fit for a king. The grounds, room and pool were decorated beautifully and very well maintained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this place.”

The host refused my request for property info 7-days before check-in, saying everything would be emailed 24-hours before check-in. By the morning of check-in, I had received no information, not even the property address. Beginning at 8 a.m., I attempted to reach the host by every possible communication (message through Expedia, phone call, voice mail, messaging on WhatsApp). About noon, I received an automated email……

“I love it! It was clean, the staff was friendly and surprisingly spoke English very well, which was great for me as I’m not a Spanish speaker. The grounds were so beautiful with butterflies and hummingbirds all over the place. I didn’t go in the pool, but it looked very inviting. The complementary lemonade was great. The breakfast that was included went way beyond my expectations. It started as a continental breakfast, which was pretty standard, but then you can add your choice of other entrées……
